Established in 1949, Osias Colleges, Inc. is the oldest private educational institution in Tarlac City. It was founded by Telesforo Concepcion and Senator Camilo Osias, a foremost statesman, distinguished writer and educator who became the first Filipino superintendent of schools under the American rule.
